pecan squares  Pecans, organic cane sugar, honey, and cream. Crust: butter, organic pastry wheat flour, eggs, sugar, and salt.

butter tarts  Eggs, maple syrup, brown sugar, butter, and vanilla. Crust: organic pastry wheat flour, butter, organic cane sugar, water, and salt.

biscotti  Organic spelt flour, butter, sugar, eggs, baking powder, salt and either chocolate or dried fruit or nuts.

croissants  Hand made from organic flour, butter, honey, milk, salt, yeast and egg wash. They are offered plain, filled with chocolate or cheese, or made from whole wheat flour.
